These are people, web pages and books that I've used as references and from which I've taken ideas. You should look through the references or ask me where something came from before assuming an idea is mine. I intend no plagerism or intellectual theft; if you see something of yours on my site and want it acknowledged or removed, email me at jarreas at mindspring.com and I'll do so.
The basis for the Asynjor graphic came from here, thanks to NASA and the STScI.
The basis for the picture archive graphic came from here, thanks to the Anglo-Austrailia Observatory.
Thanks to the origional Studio Aesir website (and the associated Studio Vanir) for the inspiration for the name Asynjor. Since the Aesir are the Gods of Asgard and the Vanir are another set of deities from Norse mythology, I figured this site should stay within the pantheon. The Asynjor are the Goddesses of Asgard.

The name is unique, memoriable and has mythological overtones. When seen on a business card it gives me the opportunity to answer the obvious question, thus imprinting the interaction in the person's memory. I figure I could do much worse for a personal homepage.

And thanks to Jenna, my love & inspiration for much of what I do.
