Keep in mind that NPCs gain an average of 5 experience points per month of active duty and 1 per month while inactive, so a hero that's been full-time active duty for the past 5 years might have 150 experience, while an on-again-off-again hero active since the 60's (35 years) might have 400.This page is lists people according to their power level. She is also permanently cursed with darkness, appearing as a black void with glowing red eyes. Even in direct sunlight, little more than an outline of her arms and legs can be seen. Jia is a warm, loving and agonizingly lonely person who seeks to cleanse her sins by serving the church. She makes appearances at every church activity, sleeps on blessed ground, carries holy water and publicly defeated a vampire in 1992.
